Refund Policy - the basics

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   - Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

   - Products must be in original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   - Certain products, such as liquid products with extreme use (less than half mark), cannot be returned.

 

3. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@jdag-us.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

   - Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

 

4. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item, subject to inspection.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • JDAG Car Products is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  1. Policy Changes:

    • JDAG Car Products reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
